Holm Bros is a general contracting company specializing in concrete tilt-up buildings.  Often times our projects involve all aspects of construction including civil work.  Over the years we have maintained a core group of sub-contractors that have included BANR Enterprises LLC.

We were the general contractor on the Haltiner Sheet Metal Building in Tualatin. With BANR as our selected site contractor, we embarked on an eight-month project that involved clearing and grubbing, sanitary sewer, storm drain, foundation excavation, slab preparation, parking lot grading, and paving.

It also included significant offsite improvements including storm drain, curbs, and paving. Our experience has been that BANR and specifically Scott Davis’s relationship with the City of Tualatin as well as other agencies and utilities have been very professional and beneficial to the budget and the timely cornp}etion of our projects.

Recently we worked with Scott on a unique project at Stack Metallurgical in Portland that required piling and sheets for shoring the excavation inside of a building on an underground structure. Due to working in the confines of an operating facility, this project was a challenge.

In closing, we look forward to working with BANR in the future and would recommend them for any project.

BANR Enterprises recently completed a complicated four-month project for me last May.  They installed the site utilities and infrastructure for a 35-unit food cart pod and two buildings in SE Portland.  It included installing new sewer lines, an underground electrical system for 38 units, a new city water supply throughout the parcel, a grease entrapment and grey water disposal system for the food carts, decommissioning two septic tanks, and trenching, backfilling, and resurfacing the two-acre parcel with asphalt.

It was the first project of its type permitted by the City of Portland and required considerable effort and extensive contact with City planners, engineers and inspectors. BANR Enterprises dealt with them promptly, professionally, and expeditiously. Scott Davis’s efforts on my behalf were able to solve and prevent many problems that made the job go smoothly and efficiently.

There were many difficult issues that arose and BANR was willing and quick to solve them. Scott handled issues with city permits and inspections with professionalism and courtesy. BANR Enterprises handled the job from start to finish proficiently and with a positive can-do attitude. They were prompt, efficient and got the job completed in a very economical manner.

In thirty years of construction and property management, I have dealt with many contractors. BANR Enterprises leads the pack in terms of their attention to detail, dedication to completing the job, solving problems quickly and cost-effectively, and maintaining a clean and professional work site.

I cannot recommend BANR Enterprises highly enough.

Scott and his crew were so professional, courteous, and well organized. The work was above and beyond our expectations. We have used BANR services several times now and will continue to do so in the future.
