Scott and his crew were so professional, courteous, and well organized. The work was above and beyond our expectations. We have used BANR services several times now and will continue to do so in the future.

This letter is directed to any customer and/or potential customer of Scott Davis and his company, BANR Enterprises.

Please accept this letter as my personal confirmation that BANR Enterprises represents and provides a rare and high-level professionalism; a quality one must require from the construction trade, yet so often non-existent.

Scott, his crew, and his subcontractor relationships fulfilled their promise of work to the fullest extent possible and, in addition, provided multiple suggestions and beneficial work idea-improvements that allowed for the original vision of the project to be enhanced. Such was given to me with no intention or motivation to increase the cost of the project but, clearly, simply to perform a better job and exceed my expectations – a character trait of Scott Davis for which it became quickly apparent exists. The result was a vastly improved home-site and subsequent valuation of the home. The alteration is so dramatic and well done – several neighbors have sought input and requested Scott’s contact information.

Attention to detail is an attitude many times presented and sold, but not always fulfilled during contract performance, completion of follow-up phases. Such is not the case with Scott Davis and BANR Enterprises! Scott has become one of my family’s “go-to” guys for contractor needs. To confirm such, he has worked or is working for three different families on my neighborhood block!

He could no longer build it himself, so we hired Scott Davis to build it. Scott took all the time needed to discuss the project with my husband before and during the project to make sure it was exactly what he wanted.

Scott and crew were professional, friendly, skilled, and took the time to clean up at the end of every day. The respect with which we were treated and the respect they had for our property is much appreciated. They even noticed an area at the top of the stairs that was a trip hazard and made a gravel walkway to the step to make it safer and look much better.

The project was to construct about 70 feet of retaining wall using boulders chosen from your “private collection” to enclose a semi-circle of dirt berm at our Black Butte Ranch home. I wasn’t sure what would come from the pile of rocks your dump truck dropped next to the site.

6 hours later, your careful placement of each boulder using a nudge here and a tickle there from the teeth of your backhoe was proof of your technical skill and artistic vision.

Leaving nothing unfinished, you leveled the worksite and even made the extra effort to shovel the loose soil around the rock for a more finished appearance. The result is beyond expectations.
